Leaf Trimming:

Efficiently removes excess leaves from plant material, preparing it perfectly for the next stage of processing.

Hash Pollen Extraction:
Featuring a specialized drum, the machine enables highly effective pollen extraction, maximizing yield. This process can be performed with either a metal mesh or high-resistance nylon fabric mesh, depending on user preferences.

Hash Filtering:
Engineered for maximum filtering efficiency, ensuring a high-quality final product. Like the other processes, filtering can be done using metal or durable fabric mesh, with different micron sizes available for customized filtration.

Total Control

The advanced control panel allows for precise adjustments to the machine's rotation and drum movement. With options to change speed and direction, the operator maintains full control over the process to ensure maximum efficiency.

Temperature Optimization with CO₂

During any stage of the process, a CO₂ tank can be used to control temperature conditions, helping to maintain ideal settings for superior product quality and extraction efficiency.

Hexagonal Design

The innovative hexagonal structure simplifies mesh changes. In case of damage, there’s no need to replace the entire drum—only the affected section—reducing costs and maintenance time. This design also improves the agitation of plant material, accelerating the extraction process.
